Thank you for visiting our shop! On this page are our terms of purchase, giveaway information, and FAQ.

TERMS OF PURCHASE

All products available for purchase are PREORDER items. All product images are MOCKUPS unless otherwise specified. The final version you receive may be slightly different than pictured.

After our preorder shop closes, we will order the items from various manufacturers. We hope to have all items from production within 2 months of closing preorders, but expect delays due to supply chain issues, the holiday season, and Covid-19. We will post updates on our Twitter as we receive items.

Supply chain issues also affect production costs. With some materials experiencing shortages, and manufacturers limiting their options, items have become more expensive to produce.

Please note that our finance mod has served as finance mod for multiple other zine projects. Your receipt/payment statements from Paypal or Stripe for this zine will show that your funds have been sent to [email protected]

If you need to cancel your order, we are unable to provide a full refund because of associated fees. Bigcartel will charge sales tax (if applicable), and Stripe and Paypal charge transaction fees. We will refund your order upon request, but please note we cannot refund additional fees charged by Paypal, Stripe, and BigCartel. We will be refunding you the cost of the items only. Please double check your purchase before making your order to ensure you are placing an order for the correct items. 

Your package will be subject to taxation and/or customs fees depending on your country of residence. You (the customer) are responsible for customs fees. 

If you order a bundle that contains a digital (PDF) copy, you will receive your PDF once we finish mailing physical orders.

Bundles that were part of preorders are no longer available.

Due to limited quantity, we are unable to offer replacements if your bundle arrives damaged. Please be advised that due to the upcoming holiday season, orders will likely be affected by holiday shipping times, including delays. We do not make any promises about these items arriving before/in time for Christmas or other holiday celebrations, as this is not a guarantee we can make. 

Please make sure your address is correct, as there will not be a production period/address change window before mailing as with preorders.

 

GIVEAWAY

One of our customers will win a copy of the zine signed by Kaeya's ENG voice actor: Josey McCoy! Please see below for full details.

  • Only physical orders containing a bundle qualify for this giveaway. These are: Adventurer's LegacyCaptain's Assistant, and Traveling Tales.
  • We are pulling a winner using order numbers, therefore, purchasing several bundles in one order will not make you more likely to win.
  • The signed copy will be added to your order in addition to your purchased copy.
  • Please note that your bundle might ship slightly slower due to the additional time needed to have the item signed.
  • We will draw our winner sometime in the first week of December, after preorders have closed.
  • When we have sent out a confirmation email to our winner, we will make an additional post on our Twitter to let everyone know. We will be contacting the winner using the email that was used to place the order.
  • If we do not hear back within 48 hours, we will draw a new winner.

 

FAQ

Questions about your order that are not covered below or in the terms of purchase can be directed to our shop contact form or Twitter DM.

Please keep in mind that a single individual manages our Twitter and that you may face some delay in response—we do our best to make sure each and every inquiry is handled in a time-sensitive manner, but we are not available 24/7. Our social mod's time zone is Central Standard Time.

 

How is the Handbook different from the Main Book/Zine?

As stated in our info doc: The Main Book contains full art pages and fic, while Kaeya's Adventuring Handbook is a field guide by Kaeya! (Written in first person) The 'handbook' or 'guidebook' pieces will be an informal journal entry collection centered around collectibles, places, monsters, and similar, meant to serve as an informative piece, and will be accompanied by spot art.

 

Where are you shipping from?

We are shipping from the US.

 

Do you ship to X country?

We anticipate shipping orders via USPS First Class International Mail services.

At this time, due to USPS service limitations, we will not be able to ship parcels to the following countries: Afghanistan, Belarus, Bhutan, Brunei, Chad, Cuba, Laos, Libya, Mongolia, Papua New Guinea, Russia, Samoa, Solomon Islands, South Sudan, Syria, Timor-Leste, Turkmenistan, and Yemen. 

 

Will my order have a tracking number?

Yes, all orders will be shipped with tracking. You will receive tracking information once your order has shipped.

 

When can I expect my order?

Due to anticipated volume of orders and production delays, our shipping mod's first priority will be to ship out bundle orders. A La Carte orders will be different for each person, and require extra time and care to ensure that the item(s) purchased are correct to each order.

 

Can I edit my order after I place it?

You will not be able to edit any order after it has been placed. Please double check to make sure all information is correct before making your purchase.

 

What if I need to change my address? 

During our preorder period, you can contact us via Twitter DMs to have your address changed. Once our shipping mod receives all the items from manufacturers, we will send out a notice of a final call for address changes to customers that ordered a physical bundle. The final address change period will last for 1-2 weeks, during which bundles will be packaged. After the change period ends, labels will be printed and mailing will begin. 

 

What if my package gets damaged or lost?

Yours Truly, Kaeya will only replace or refund orders that have:

  • inaccurate information input by the carrier contradicting information input on the order
  • missing/incorrect/damaged merchandise due to our mishandling (missing/incorrect items or damaged items not caused by external factors but due to team error on our part)

Yours Truly, Kaeya will not replace/refund any orders that have:

  • been lost due to incorrect address on order
  • been delivered to a previous address if notice was not given prior to shipping
  • been damaged during shipment or through carrier negligence (e.g. packages bent to fit in mailboxes, left out in the rain by carriers, other external damage to the packaging resulting in damages to the contents)

 

Are you hosting group orders?

We will not be hosting group orders.


If we order a digital bundle, when will we receive it?

PDFs will be emailed out to customers once we finish physical mailing.

 

If I've already ordered a bundle and want to enter the giveaway, is there anything special I need to do?

No, you do not need to take any additional steps to be entered in the giveaway. All qualifying bundle preorders, before and after the giveaway announcement, are eligible. 

 

What if I haven't ordered a bundle, but still want to enter the giveaway?

Only Adventurer's Legacy, Captain's Assistant, and Traveling Tales bundles are eligible for the giveaway of the signed copy of the zine. If you would like to change your order to include a qualifying bundle, please connect with us via our shop contact form or Twitter DM.
